Shipping and Return Policy


Order Placement

By placing an order with Pino Flowers, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.


Product Availability

Our flower arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. We may substitute flowers or packaging of equal or higher value if necessary. Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only, and actual products may vary.


Time preparation

We reserve the right to a preparation time of up to 3 hours from the moment the order is placed.


Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order placement, and we accept cash, Knet, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. We reserve the right to change prices and payment methods without notice.


Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery services, and delivery times may vary based on location and other factors. Please ensure that the delivery information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.


Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be canceled up to 12 or 18 hours before the scheduled delivery time, depending on the product, for a full refund. Refunds may be issued for damaged or unsatisfactory products. Please contact us within 2 hours after delivery to report any issues.


Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.


Return & exchange

Our standard return and exchange policy applies to all types of purchases either in-store or online purchase, expect for flowers products. This policy is effective for 14 days from date of receiving the product.

Conditions for policy eligibility: The item must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original sales invoice, we will either refund or exchange the item according to the customer’s preference.
